Payment Policy:
Payment is expected at the time treatment services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, debit cards and a variety of insurance plans.
Typically, many insurance plans require a co-payment. We try to screen such plans so that we can request the proper amount of co-payment at the time of check out. Please be aware that we cannot wave an insurance co-payment for any reason, as this could jeopardize our participation in the plan. Your cooperation is appreciated in this regard.
