POSSIBLE CAUSES OF TRAUMATIC INJURIES:
- Automobile accident
- Sports injuries
- Hunting injuries
- Falls and accidents
- Work related accidents
WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR RELIEF:
- Call Orthopaedic Associates or go to Emergency Room
- Ice and elevate injury
- Compress any bleeding areas
- Call 911 if necessary
ORTHOPAEDIC ASSOCIATES TREATMENT PLAN:
- Stabilization of injury via cast or splint
- Cleaning of any open wounds, antibiotic treatment if necessary
- X-rays or MRI
- Surgery if indicated
