Total Joints
Orthopaedic Associates is a leading orthopedic practice in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, specializing in total joint replacement surgery. As the first orthopedic specialty practice in the area, our doctors have performed thousands of hip, knee, ankle and shoulder joint replacements since 1953. These procedures alleviate pain caused by osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, traumatic joint injury, and fractures. Since some patients do not require surgery, other treatments may include cortisone injections, SynVisc injections, anti-inflammatory medication, bracing, and physical therapy. Our group of specialists employs a team approach that begins with extensive pre-operative counseling and education and continues with post-operative care. Other services include digital x-ray, MRI, and Physical Therapy, all under one roof.
